The Simpsons 35 th Season Fox Releases Snippet

The Simpsons, the longest-running primetime scripted program in television history, became a global phenomenon in 1990 and continues to be one of the most ground-breaking and inventive entertainment brands. Fox aired an extended promo for the animated series’ 35th season on Monday.

The first episode of the current season is described as “Feeling worthless at work, Homer volunteers to be a school crossing guard” But in the brand-new “Homer’s Crossing” episode of “The Simpsons,” the crossing guards turn into a force to be feared when his safety squad receives excessive money.

The longest-running primetime scripted show in television history stars Homer Simpson, his wife Marge, and their kids Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. Since its debut in 1987, The Simpsons has produced 750 episodes over 34 seasons.

“This season Marge experiences a series of nightmares about young Bart’s childhood coming to an end; Homer accidentally volunteers for a school crossing guard position; sixty years in the future, Lisa recounts the story of how Homer was scapegoated for a power outage that plunged Springfield into darkness days before Thanksgiving; and the annual chilling trilogy “Treehouse of Horror XXXIV” is back!” a press release about the extended trailer states

The Simpsons Legacy

As a show been running since 1989, The Simpsons has gained popularity and awards. In its “legacy”, The Simsons have won 35 awards. The list includes the Emmy Award, Annie Award, and Peabody Award.

The “The Death Tome” episode, which is a wonderful illustration of how the show aims to represent the visual aesthetic and artistic preferences of its subjects, according to the show’s director, who has been with it since its eighth season. In the episode, Lisa Simpson discovers a weird book that has the unsettling ability to cause the death of everyone whose name is inscribed in it.
